Q1 How to order a item from the website?

Select the product which you wish to buy ----> Add to cart ----> Checkout ----> Order Confirmation ----> QR code will be shared with you ----> Make the payment ----> Share your screenshot ----> Order will be shipped within 48 hours

Q2 What is the payment method

Currently we are accepting payment with UPI only. Once you have checked out with the product, you can Whatsapp 9001003047 and ask for QR Code to make the payment

Q3 Do you accept returns/exchanges?

At the moment we are not offering returns and exchanges

Q4 I have rececived a defected piece. What to do now?
The team does a thorough quality check before shipping the product. In case you still received a defect piece, please report this at 9001003047 within 48 hours. You will receive a confirmation from the team and will be asked to ship the product back from your pocket. On receiving the product, the team will examine the defect and if claim is found to be true, refund will be initiated
